Accepted Payment Methods

We accept the following at checkout:

All payments are processed through secure, encrypted checkout — we don't see or store your full card details on our end.

When You're Charged

Your card or payment method is charged in full at the time you place your order, not when it ships. This confirms your items are reserved and moves your order straight into processing.

Currency

All prices on our site are listed in US Dollars (USD). If you're paying with a card issued outside the US, your bank may apply its own conversion rate or foreign transaction fee — that's between you and your card issuer, not something we control.

Payment Errors or Declines

If a payment doesn't go through, your order won't be processed or reserved. Double-check your card details, billing address, and available balance, then try again. If the issue continues, your bank may be blocking the transaction on their end — it's worth giving them a quick call.

Sales Tax

Applicable sales tax is calculated at checkout based on your shipping address, in line with state tax laws. You'll see the exact amount before you confirm your order.

Promo Codes & Discounts

Promo codes must be entered at checkout to apply — we're not able to add them retroactively once an order is placed. Only one code can be used per order unless we say otherwise, and codes can't be combined with other automatic discounts (like our free shipping threshold).

Fraud Prevention

To keep both you and us protected, we may run routine checks on orders that look unusual — for example, a mismatched billing and shipping address or an unusually large order. If your order gets flagged, we might reach out to confirm a few details before it ships.
